A world tennis champion, Litwin is a #1 world ranked senior player, 18-time US National Champion, and an inductee into the Tennis Eastern Hall of Fame. Some Simple and Meaningful Steps to Change:

Bob Litwin has done an outstanding job of generalizing the lessons he’s learned from coaching and playing competitive tennis to living a life. These lessons are integrated with his own story of personal rebirth born out of the tragic loss of his first wife. The combination of concrete exercises (he lists 33 Personal Coaching Sessions) enhanced by his personal story makes his Live The Best Story of Your Life a compelling read.
Litwin’s basic thesis is a simple one: often the stories which we tell ourselves about ourselves prevent us from achieving our goals or just plain old make us unhappy. Put your Old Story in writing, he says, and get to know it. Then write your New Story as the person you would like to be. His 33 Personal Coaching sessions are the tools which you can use to enable yourself to change.
As Litwin is careful to point out, not all 33 Sessions will resonate for every individual in every situation. If a particular Session does not resonate, move on, he says, maybe the next one will. My particular favorites were Celebrate Your Successes/Shrink Your Failures and Fake It ‘Til You Make It.
If you’re thinking about making a change, this book is a good place to start.

They say that most genious things is simple in its content and that's true of Bobs book which it is easy to understand but it took a genious to see it, it took a brilliant mind a life-long experience to put it together and for that I'm grateful.
Its a book which open your mind and make you want to improve, to make you want to reach your potential.
Above all, it shows a man who is not afraid of admitting his own shortcomings and struggles and is kind and open enough to provide the rest of us with a great receipe to improve our lives, conquer our obstacles and take on a journey towards the life we want to live.

Some books are forgetful the moment you put them down - others leave a mark, and this is one of those. In fact, it’s now a fixture on my desk. Bob’s ‘teach through brief anecdotes’ style in 'Live...life' is extremely impactful and easily relatable. A quick read, you walk away instantly wanting to improve both personal and business relationships equally. I’ve also had the benefit of working with Bob, both in person and over the phone, and he is truly inspirational. The book amplifies his teachings but also stands alone as a terrific resource. Well worth the read & time invested. I’ve purchased multiple copies of the book to give to those close to me.
