Helpful and Informative to Diabetics too!

Everyday it seems we get bombarded with infomation concerning what we should eat or not eat, medications we should take or not take etc.; it can be so confusing... As someone with a Type 2 diabetic diagnosis, I am always trying to understand what the best information is for me. This book is not specific to diabetics BUT it is a concise book of knowledge that will help anyone, including diabetics, who want to have a foundational understanding of what "Taking Back Your Health" includes.

Good book for health and a quick easy read

First the 'cons,' this book was not prepared for the Kindle, there is no table of contents. There are quite a few minor formatting error.
However, the book is well written, presents material in an orderly way. He does a very good job or summarizing at the end of each chapter.
This book is a quick and easy read but is full of excellent advice for regaining (or maintaining) good health. I do recommend the book for someone interested in lifestyles changes that will improve health.
